Many of our listing video photos come from agents themselves, using their own digital cameras, or their built-in HDR setting (included in most cell-phone cameras).

Audio syncing is when scenes of your video are “in-sync” with the sound-track, or sound-effects.

Audio syncing gives the viewer the impression that the video and audio are tied-in, tremendously adding to the quality and production value of your listing videos.

We will create a custom YouTube Channel for your business (totally branded to you), and we will post your videos there.

You will receive links to your YouTube Channel and all of your completed listing videos within 2-3 days of completing your order.

As a subscriber, you are licensed to use your videos online through your subscription. Your license extends to all types of online advertising, and does not extend to TV and Radio. While subscribed, your license allows you to: share/email links to the video and custom channel, embed the video on your website(s), social media and/or use your video online in any way you see fit.

You are not licensed to modify, change, alter, rip, download, cut, copy, edit, sell, or otherwise re-use or disseminate modified versions of the videos (or audio) in whole or in part.

Upon video rotation (video replacement) and/or upon downgrading or cancellation, your license to use the replaced or cancelled video(s) expires.

Great — That’s the plan! Now we’ll replace your sold listing video with a new video for a different listing of yours. No fee. No cost. Just email us and let us know which listing you want to replace and it’ll be done within 2-3 business days.

Video rotation is a feature that allows you to replace your listing video with a different listing video once your listing sells.

Every 90-days.

After 90-days (3-months) of having any listing video, you are eligible to rotate/replace it with a different listing video without any cost or charges at all.

If you’d rather keep your videos instead of rotating them, then you can upgrade to add more videos to your account.

If you sell a listing and don’t have a replacement listing, you can either keep the video active (to show-off your video capabilities to buyers/sellers), or downgrade and remove that video from your account all together.
